Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the DentCount mobile application operated by Admor PDR.INC.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of the App
DentCount uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze images of vehicles and estimate the presence of dents. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
● Not a Professional Appraisal: DentCount is a tool for estimation and convenience only. It is not a substitute for a professional vehicle inspection, insurance appraisal, or expert body shop evaluation.
● Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI technology is not perfect. The App may produce "false positives" (marking undamaged areas) or "false negatives" (missing actual dents). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the detection results.
● Liability: We are not liable for any financial losses, insurance disputes, or repair costs resulting from the reliance on the data provided by DentCount.

2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Admor PRD.INC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the USA and foreign countries.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
● Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
● You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. User Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload or capture using DentCount. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing the dent detection service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Admor PDR.INC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
